This unit is the upstairs apartment of a multi-family home. This apartment has a private entrance, and completely separate from the rest of the residence. Unit has a private deck and large backyard area. There is no parking on the property but there is always plenty of street parking. The unit has a ductless mini split AC/Heater system, its own water heater, and a washer/dryer unit.
There is a tile walk in shower. There's a built in couch seating area with a view and room for another small couch. Plenty of space for a kitchen table or workspace/deck area.
There is room above the kitchen for a bed that is accessed by a ladder. (please refer to photos)
Please note, in order to access this unit the tenant must walk up a driveway and several sets of stairs.
Maximum occupancy is two people.
Rent is $1550 per month. Tenant pays an $150 flat fee per month for the following utilities - Gas, Electricity, Water/Sewer, Garbage/Recycling.
Unit comes unfurnished.
Smoking and/or the use of e-cigarettes/vaping devices inside the home, or anywhere on the property, is strictly prohibited. Violations of this house rule are grounds for eviction.

An application must be completed for each occupant 18 years of age or older, unless deemed an adult under applicable law. A non-refundable application fee, if applicable, must be paid by each Applicant before an application will be processed. An application does not constitute a lease agreement or offer to lease. No lease shall exist unless and until Landlord and Applicant execute a lease agreement and Applicant pays all required funds. Falsification of any information on an application may result in Applicant's automatic denial. If an Applicant is denied for falsifying paperwork, Landlord may retain all deposits and fees paid.
