Up to three additional daytime guests are allowed but must leave by 10:00 PM. Any overnight guests not listed on the reservation or anyone staying past 10:00 PM will incur a $100 per person, per night fee. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or outside the home, with violations resulting in a minimum $600 odor removal fee. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will result in additional charges. A $150 cleaning fee may apply if the home is left excessively dirty.
