The house is located in a very quite, safe neighborhood with fantastic biking and walking trails less than a mile away. This is a split unit house, renter will have the entire upstairs unit with private entrance and private, fenced in backyard. There is a washer and dryer in the upstairs unit (solely for upstairs renter) as well as an additional room with fold out twin sofa and ability for private office. The basement apartment below is used only by the home owner about 50% of the time and also has private entrance and private, fenced in yard. Owner pays for water, renter pays for internet, half of electric and gas bill.
