-We are willing to rent by the bedroom or the entire two bedroom apartment. For a 12 month lease, the prices would be $975/month per room, or $1900/month for the entire two bedroom apartment. For a ski season lease, the price would be $1350/month per room, or $2675/month for the entire two bedroom apartment.
-Must have AWD or 4WD vehicle with good tires for the driveway which is a gravel hill.
-Utilities are split with the owner and other roommate (if applicable).
-First bedroom has king bed and second bedroom has 2 twin extra long beds. We can offer the unit unfurnished to the right tenant.
-West-facing private patio with a gas grill and chairs. Awesome sunset views!
-Movie projector with a large screen and Roku.
-Radiant floor heat.
-Kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric stove top, blender and countertop pizza maker, outdoor propane grill, dishwasher, but no oven.

-This is a BASEMENT apartment. The owners stay upstairs on average 2 long weekends per month.
