Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. No changes or alterations to the interior or exterior of the property are allowed without prior written approval from the owner.
A monthly fee will be added for any pets residing in the home. The tenant is responsible for managing their own trash removal, snow shoveling, lawn mowing, general upkeep of the exterior of the property, and payment of the electric utility bill.
