The downstairs features an open concept design with one bedroom containing two twin beds and a full bath. Upstairs, you'll find a king and queen bedroom, another full bath, and an additional sitting area. Each bedroom in the cottage is equipped with a fan for your comfort. The property includes a washer and dryer and boasts a well-equipped kitchen, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Linens and towels are not provided, but they are available to rent at our office. The cottage is equipped with internet, cable, a DVD player, a dishwasher, and a gas grill. Please note that smoking is not allowed on the property. The cottage's prime location offers shared waterfront access just steps away, with a dock available for loading and unloading. A swim float is also available for your enjoyment. Additionally, a larger sandy beach is within a short walking distance, perfect for a day of relaxation by the water. The cottage has a no-smoking policy. Linens and towels are not provided, but they can be rented from our office. The dock is shared and is intended for loading and unloading only.
