Nestled on a quiet side street, this cottage offers limited views of Big Sebago Lake from the enclosed porch and is just a short walk from a beautiful sandy beach, perfect for making unforgettable summer memories. This cozy camp is an ideal spot for relaxation, featuring a firepit for evening gatherings. The cottage includes two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with bunk beds. Please note that linens and towels are not provided, but are available to rent at our office. The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, and while there is no dishwasher, fans are provided for comfort. A dog is considered with a $125 pet fee. Please note that there is no washer/dryer or cable, but internet access is available. The property is equipped with electric heaters and a charcoal grill for your convenience. Situated in a prime location, this property is just a short walk from a local convenience store and a pub restaurant. The nearby sandy beach offers safe swimming for children, and while there is no dock or mooring, rental moorings are available at the Long Beach Marina. Smoking is not allowed on the premises. The water supply is from a well, and there is no dock suitable for tie-up. Check-in and check-out times will be provided upon booking.
