Enjoy access to the shared backyard with a lap pool, hot tub, fenced yard, fire pit, and seating. Pets are welcome with a $50 fee (plus fees and taxes, dogs only, 2 max). The homeowner lives on-site in a completely separate unit with access to the shared backyard amenities and may be present during your stay. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces and record video and sound when activated by motion. Smoking, events, parties, and large gatherings are not allowed.
