Lower level bath has laminate. The attic is the only place that has carpet. Main floor has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath with wet room style shower. Dining & living room are combined. Kitchen leads to basement & outside patio area, basement has the 2nd 1.5 bath with laundry and lots of storage space. Washer & dryer are in the lower level bathroom. Lower level bathroom is contemporary, was renovated in 2015. PETS.... possibly. With additional pet deposit. We are open depending on type of pet & breed of pet if you are understanding of very specific pet terms in the lease and so on. Just ask, we can talk about it. NO Pitbulls, german shepards, huskies, chao chaos (basically none of the typically dangerous dogs.) YARD- Not fenced, nice & private. Room for seating. KITCHEN- Stainless steel appliances, Gas range, nice deep new sink. YARD has a little stone patio for sitting & some grass. Front yard is big enough to sit in. Utilities are usually around $220-250/month when you set up the average over the year payment plan with the utility company. And when you keep the AC & heat at reasonable settings, not above 72 in the winter & not below 76 in the summer. NO SMOKING!! Lease includes the landlord coming once every 2-3 months to change the furnace filter. Must be clean, we take pride in maintaining our property. At least 24 hour notice is always given before coming to change the furnace filter. We do regular yearly furnace and main line sewer maintenance. Discount on rent for doing your own snow removal and grass cutting, we provide the lawnmower not the gas. Close to downtown St. Paul, less than 4 miles. Quiet neighborhood lots of very nice neighbors. PETS - are a possibility depending on breed & other factors. Would need a specific pet lease & additional pet deposit, any animal damage to the home can result in a lease termination. Deposit amount depends on size & breed of dog. NO PITBULLS or the other large breed insurance doesn't cover. We are very responsive & responsible. We will fix anything that isn't your fault & are open to replacing things with in reason upon request. However if you break things due to negligence you will have to pay to fix/replace them. Ideally want a long term, quiet, clean tenant. We are also open to 6 month & 12 month leases, we will start with a 6 month lease then after that 1 year leases. MUST PASS background check, credit check & rental history for the past 5 years must be provided with 2 landlord references. We keep the price of the rental reasonable than others on the market because we want to find the right person/people. We care more about having a good tenant than we do about making the maximum amount of money. There is no central AC but we do provide three AC units, two window units and a free standing unit. Heating is forced air. Main level bath is a wet room, walk in shower. Lower level bath is also a shower. Laundry on site on lower level. Two bedrooms on main level, one attic space works well for an office and extra storage. All hardwood floors on main level, carpet in upper level. Gas range. Private backyard, you can install a temporary fence for dogs if you wish. Off street parking.
