Your upstairs neighbors will be my girlfriend and me, who are both professionals in our 30s. We absolutely love living on the West Side. We have a fantastic view and we're just a 3-minute drive to I-25 and a 15-20 minute walk to downtown! Also an even shorter walk to Cerberus Brewery, Seven's Gate Taproom, 503W, and the other great West Side restaurants. We're also a quick Lime scooter ride to Old Colorado City.
Basement apartment comes fully furnished. The only shared indoor space is the laundry room, which also serves as the entrance to the unit. Rent includes electric, water, and WiFi.
