It has an in-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, and walk-in closets. The kitchen and living room are spacious, and the bedrooms are spacious as well. Property has a pool, hot tub, fitness room and lobby. Also has free parking and garage options! Message me if you're interested! The lease duration is 6 months but you can resign for longer! Renter is responsible for water and electric. The WiFi router is brand new and comes with unit but renter pays for wifi. Landlord handles garbage.
