Surrounded by a forest, you are fully immersed in nature, with deer and other wildlife commonly visiting the grounds. The cabin is newly constructed and filled with natural light, providing all the modern amenities needed to let you unwind, including a hot tub, pool table, and arcade basketball for fun with friends and family. As you step through the door, you're greeted by a spacious living room area with plenty of room for everyone to gather. One of the sofas pulls out to a double bed for extra sleeping arrangements. The spacious kitchen features new appliances and a large center island, well-stocked for home-cooked meals, with a large dining room table adjacent. The master bedroom, located off the kitchen, offers peaceful views of the forest and a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower across the hall. Upstairs in the cozy loft are two twin beds and a futon couch. Downstairs, you'll find a pool table, an extra bedroom and bathroom, and a washer and dryer. The hot tub is located outside off the pool table room. The cabin is surrounded on two sides by a deck, complete with custom Adirondack chairs, an outdoor table set, and a grill to fully enjoy the scenic landscape and wildlife. The unpaved driveway has parking for 2 to 3 vehicles, with free overflow parking available 3/4 mile from the home at the bottom of the hill. There is no street parking available as the private neighborhood drive should be kept clear. Just ten minutes away is downtown Woodland Park, filled with quaint stores and restaurants. The nearby mountain ranges offer many opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, winter sports, and scenic drives. Downtown Woodland Park is easily accessible via U.S. Route 24, and the city of Colorado Springs is approximately 25 minutes from the cabin. The Air Force Academy is around 45 minutes away, and Breckenridge is about 1.5 hours from the cabin. There is no air conditioner in the cabin, which is common for the area, but fans are provided in the loft, main living area, and bedrooms to ensure comfort. Pets are prohibited due to the area's wildlife, and bear-proof trash bins are located near the driveway for convenience. Ensure all trash is secured to prevent wildlife access. No smoking or vaping indoors, and extra caution is advised if smoking outdoors due to forest fire risks. Minimum rental age is 25. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. No shoes in the house, and no parties, events, or unregistered guests are allowed. The cabin is located off U.S. Route 24, with access via 1.5 miles of unpaved, winding roads requiring a 4WD vehicle, especially in winter months. Cell phone reception varies by carrier, but the cabin's Wi-Fi signal is strong and can accommodate guests and streaming devices.
