The unit is fully furnished with a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen pull-out sofa in the living room, a full kitchen, and one bathroom with double vanity. A brand new full size washer and dryer in-unit, cable, a smart TV, and wi-fi are all included. There is also a small patio with a loveseat, table, and gorgeous mountain views. During the winter, you can walk out the door and ski down to the Kicking Horse lift. During the summer, you can hike or bike straight from the condo. Please note, this unit does not have a functioning fireplace.
Cable, wi-fi, water, trash, and snow removal are included in rent. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. First month's rent and deposit are due at signing. No smoking. No pets. Length of lease is flexible.
