Sunset Cliffs is renowned for its dramatic coastline, incredible tide pools, and breathtaking sunsets. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10PM. Children and infants are considered occupants. No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on premises at any time. Guests are not allowed to use outdoor areas after 9pm. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property, with a fine of $500 for violations. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout to avoid fines. Empty the grease pan under BBQ after use to prevent fire hazards. Furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home.
