This is the only unit in the building with an attached garage that opens directly into the living room, super convenient for unloading beach gear or groceries. The kitchen is fully renovated with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials to whip up anything from a quick snack to a family dinner. It's stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and basics like salt, pepper, and oil. There's also a coffee maker and toaster to make mornings easy. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests. The condo includes a private attached 1-car garage for compact cars only. Garage dimensions are 14' L x 7'6" W x 6'5" H. Mission Beach is the perfect mix of laid-back coastal vibes and non-stop fun.
