The living room has a 55" Smart TV to login to your favorite streaming services or easily cast from your device. There are also a number of board games for those rainy days as well. The front porch provides extra space for hanging out, relaxing, and sips. The heat/central air in the apartment is controlled by the guests. With a separate entrance, the entire apartment is yours! Since this home was built in 1907, we have steam radiators heating and we do not have central air (Radiant heating). However, each bedroom will have a dedicated window A/C unit beginning May 1 for your comfort and plenty of portable fans for those who just like a breeze. Water, sewer, trash included.
