A basic description is given below. The condo is rented fully furnished and fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, appliances, etc as shown in the vacation rental ads.

* Beautifully renovated unit with laminate wood floors, new bathroom, stainless steel kitchen appliances, enlarged windows to enhance ocean views, new furnishings, etc. Endless hot water with dual tank-less water heaters
* Has a Queen bed, Twin bed, and and a sleeper couch housed in 2 rooms. Includes high quality, super comfortable Hilton Hotel bed.
* On a walk street and one of many multi-million dollar homes (see photo).
* Cross NO streets to get to beach
* So close to ocean you can hear it all the time (unless you close the windows) and fall to sleep by it at night.
* Pets considered

Lease term from about April 1, 2023 to May 25, 2023.
We use it for vacation rentals in the summer and can not rent it longer term during those months.
