If evidence of an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be charged a minimum $300 cleaning fee.

If you check-out late without approval, a late check-out fee of $40 per hour may be charged. Guests are required to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and not to rearrange furniture. In the event of damage, missing items, or non-working items, please inform immediately. Access to the property for repair and inspection is allowed in a reasonable manner except in emergencies. Personal belongings found after departure can be shipped at your cost.
