Grove Street is an ideal in-town location. It is in a nice residential neighborhood, just one block from the post office, the library, a bus stop and main street. There are coffee houses, restaurants, galleries, movie theater, food coop and museum within a 5 to 10 minute walk. It is also a short walk to the Retreat woods where you can ski or hike to the Conneticut River where you can canoe or kayak. Owner pays for heat, water, internet and plowing of driveway.
