I'd contacted the property manager through Zillow to ask for some details on the rental, he only responded with the same verbiage that was on the listing, stating the time/date for the showing. The property manager fumbled with a large set of keys for 15 min. trying to locate the keys for the outside door & the apartment. He could have done this before we saw the apt, as he was standing across the street for 15 min. talking on his phone. Since this apt was unacceptable to me, I'd asked about a front apt with the porch which he said was going to be updated & rented in apx 2 mths. He knew nothing about it. I'd select a rating of 0 stars if I could.
