You can also use the owner's dock bayside for fishing or kayaking. Furniture is optional. This is a long Term Rental. (~12 months). Ideal for multiple generation living. The tenant is responsible for utilities, yard and pool service. Background check, 1st & last months rent & security deposit ($4,000) are required to move in.
