The stairs leading up to the unit felt unstable, for the asking rent it is not worth renting that apartment. I found another rental way bigger, 800 sq ft for $150.00 less. New carpet, paint, stairs to unit is stable and unit cleaned. The apt needs to be cleaned. The interior looks like it hasn't been painted, no new carpet. I am not that desperate to have to settle for an apt like this one. Application form indicated that the Rent was $1,248.00 not $1,200.00.
