Unique loft style townhouse condo in Worthington Forest with a fun, open feeling. Nicely updated inside with neutral colors (Sadly, the photos are old. I will post ones which reflect the work done soon). The home has large windows, a front balcony which overlooks the pool, and a rear balcony as well. Second floor washer/dryer. Rent includes one assigned off street parking spot. Gas heat, water, and trash are only $85/month irrespective of your actual usage, which is a great deal.
Included in rent is a reserved parking spot.
Well behaved pets are welcome.
Credit and criminal background checks are required by the condo association.
Pets which have done well elsewhere are welcome (I avoid puppies and "problem children"). Must be a breed which won't flip out my insurance company.
The condo association isn't crazy about units being rented out, but it is permitted. I do have to require a criminal and credit background check. In addition, I run a credit check.
