Property
It was nicely sized but not what I expected from the Zillow page. It lacks a number of appliances the Zillow page lists, such as dishwasher, hardwood floors in the bedroom, and microwave. It also has pictures of another house on the page with rooms that don’t exist in this rental. It’s also on a significant tilt. It also costs more than it is listed for.

Nice, friendly, but they falsified their Zillow page and didn’t seem to know a ton about the property.

Very clean, well put together. Lots of amenities that we wouldnt have to personally take care of. Landlord seems open to conversation and to help with issues should any come up.
