All linens, towels, kitchen items included. Think Airbnb w/o all the fees. Small full kitchen. Queen sized bed. Washer/dryer in bedroom closet, another large closet off living room. High speed wifi, smart TV, 2 yr old. AC and heat. Lots of outdoor areas: cute front porch with rocking chairs, fenced private garden patio with outdoor dining area. Off street parking for one car. Duplex is in the middle of the block off an alley, very private. Few blocks from campus, 4th Avenue, streetcar, Main Gate Square, the Historic Y, Time Market, lots of action!
