The studio features a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation, a living room that doubles as a dining area, and a queen Murphy bed for relaxation or work. Complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for your convenience. Enjoy provisions like WiFi, Smart TVs, an ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Concierge services are available for additional local experiences such as renting a boat, engaging a chef, or booking a massage. Housekeeping can be arranged during your stay at your cost. Fines may be assessed for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage. Our prime location offers easy access to the Miami Beach Boardwalk, Collins Avenue Shopping Area, South Beach, and Lincoln Road Mall. The number of guests cannot exceed those specified at booking, and violations incur a $50 fee per person with potential termination of stay without refund. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana, or vaping are allowed, and any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee.
