    The building just looks so unkept. There were broken windows, broken cabinet doors, roaches in the closet, very old and outdated fixtures, and the walls look like a popcorn ceiling bleed to the floor. The guy who actually showed it to me told me it was rough, but that was an understatement

     Management

    The original gentleman who I corresponded with did not show me the unit. The second gentleman was forthcoming about the apartment condition. However, he told me to ask the first guy about any questions.
