Located within the gated community of Tuscan Hills, this home is centrally located to International Drive, the Celebration Town Center, and Posner Mall. Everything you need is at your fingertips, with world-class dining options just a couple of miles away. Tuscan Hills is just off Highway 27 in Davenport, Florida, and is within 30 minutes of all the Orlando theme parks, close to shops, supermarkets, and lots of restaurants. The Atlantic (Cocoa Beach) and Gulf Coast beaches (Clearwater) are within about 60-80 minutes away. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation, and anyone found parking on the street can be fined up to $100. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome a house-trained dog, and a pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit.
