Seasonal rental mount varies by month, according to demand in the region. The rates for 2025-2026 are as follows:
Jun, Jul, Aug 2025: $6k
Sep and Oct 2025: $9k
Nov and Dec 2025: $10k
Jan thru Apr 2025: $11k
No holds for future dates without a non-refundable deposit which will be applied to your rent.
Pool use is shared with the attached Casita, which will not be part of your rental and may be rented separately to other guests. Casita may be available for rent if you want to use both properties.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $50/day. Please allow 24 hours notice for heating time. Fee for pool heating is not discounted if another guest is renting the Casita.
