The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for family meals, and the master bedroom with a king-size bed and attached bathroom offers a luxurious retreat. Three queen bedrooms on the second floor and bunk beds on the third floor provide ample space for additional guests. Enjoy access to resort amenities, including multiple pools and a fitness center, with additional activities like tennis and mini-golf available for purchase. Our pool heat fee is $45 per day, and a minimum of two days' notice is needed to request pool heat before your arrival. Additional activities like tennis and mini-golf are available for purchase. Dining options range from casual bites to fine dining experiences, and the community features several resort pools and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Only guests 25 years or older are allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are permitted, and only registered guests can stay overnight. Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited, and discovery of usage may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. Our pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. Please allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature. While the use of the pool and spa is complimentary, activating the heating system will incur an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. The temperature of the spillover spa can fluctuate between 80F and 100F depending on outdoor conditions. Our pool heating system is equipped with a safety mechanism that automatically shuts off the pump in extreme cold weather to prevent damage, which may result in temporary interruptions to the heating service.
