If you would like to add pool and spa heating, the cost is $50 per day of stay. Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Disney is 4 miles away, Universal is 14 miles away, and SeaWorld is 12 miles away. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
