Head down to the mid level which has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, work station, walk in closet, and an in suite bathroom. The bathroom has a double sink vanity along with a large tiled shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the second guest bedroom has a bunk bed and a workstation. The restroom has a shower and bathtub combination. Continue downstairs to the private oversized garage equipped with all the necessities to immerse in the Manhattan Beach lifestyle. The garage has beautiful epoxy flooring, washer and dryer, tool station, and enough beach accessories to entertain everyone. This includes 3 different size foam surfboard, a variety of wetsuits, 2 boogie boards, a bag of beach volleyballs, kids sand shovels, infant life jackets, fins, goggles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach wagon that can help get your days worth of supplies down to the water's edge. The location of this unit is less than 500 meters from downtown MB and less than 1 km up the hill from the iconic Manhattan Beach Pier.
