The minimum age to rent is 25. The guest must return all keys, fobs, or garage access cards upon leaving the rental and is responsible for compliance with all trash recycling regulations. The guest must notify Management immediately upon discovering water leaks in the unit and maintain clean and sanitary conditions of the unit. Long-term guests will supply and install all light bulbs for the unit but will leave all installed light bulbs when vacating the unit. Drinks should not be put on the surface of furniture, and coasters are provided to prevent damage. If any furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original location. No additional people will stay in the unit than the number reserved without notification and approval. The guest must complete a Property Condition form within 48 hours of arrival and pay all fees and expenses for any repairs or services due to the guest's fault or actions. If any damage is found in the unit, the guest will be expected to cover replacement costs. A laptop computer is not included.
