Newly updated flooring and paint. Rent includes fiber internet. No pets, no smoking or vaping. The contract is month to month. As long as the agreement works for both of us and all terms of the contract are met, you are welcome to stay until you give me a 30 day notice. This allows you to move if your circumstances change and allows me to take action if terms of the contract are broken.
