Heat is included, laundry is available on-site, and the location puts you close to shopping, restaurants, parks and public transit. The apartment will be ready for move-in by October 15, 2025, and possibly sooner, at a monthly rent of $1,525. There is a $50 non refundable application fee, along with a $500 administration fee, if approved. No security deposit is required. A 12-month lease is mandatory. Small Pet consider 1 pet per unit upon Managements approval, one time pet fee of $300 applies and an additional $25/monthly. All applicants must undergo a credit and background check. A minimum credit score of 650 is required, with no prior evictions. Applicants must demonstrate a monthly income of at least three times the rent (33% rent-to-income ratio). Co-signers will be considered, applicant must still meet credit requirements. No major collections. No Exceptions!
