Once a Bed and Breakfast (B&B), the building was converted into apartments in 2022, blending modern upgrades while preserving historic details such as trim, ceilings, rafters, fireplace, and brickwork. Go through the front double doors to the building using the keyless entry system, then use your individual code to enter the apartment. Once inside, to the left of the entryway is a full bathroom. Past the bathroom is an updated kitchen featuring a brick accent wall, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Beyond the kitchen are two large rooms, offering flexibility to use as a bedroom and a living space, or configure them to suit your needs. One of the rooms includes beautifully preserved original details and access to a private deck. From the deck, enjoy stunning views of the surrounding historic neighborhood and the iconic Philadelphia skyline a perfect backdrop for relaxing or entertaining. This apartment features: - Keyless entry - Hard floors - Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops - Gas Range - Dishwasher - Microwave - 2 large rooms - 1 full bathrooms - Laundry in unit - Huge windows which provide amazing natural light - Central air Located near 10th and Catherine Streets which is about 2 blocks from ACME, Whole Foods, Rite Aid/CVS and the Italian Market. On the same block are the famous Italian restaurant Dante and Luigi's and Morning Glory Diner, not to mention many other incredible restaurants in the area! Additionally, you are in walking distance to both Penn and Jefferson Hospital. As well as the subway! To apply, each occupant over the age of 18 must submit a separate application and pay a nonrefundable $50 application fee per person. All adults must apply and be listed on the lease. Once your application is approved by the landlord, you will receive a lease to review and sign. To secure the apartment and have it removed from the market, we require payment of the first month's rent after you've signed the lease. This payment is nonrefundable. Before move-in, the following are due: -First month's rent -Last month's rent -Security deposit equal to one month's rent -Monthly water fee of $37 per occupant -Applicable pet fees (see below) Pet Policy: Cat fee is $400 and Dogs $750, nonrefundable.
