The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Located in the prestigious Reunion Resort, the outdoor space includes pool loungers for your comfort. Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day, with at least a week's notice required. We welcome one house-trained dog with prior written notification and approval, subject to a pet fee and a security deposit of up to $150. Feel safe and right at home in this gated community, secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking accommodates up to two vehicles in the driveway and one on the street in front of the property. Although the garage has been converted into a game room, additional parking is available in the community's designated areas. Self check-in and check-out are available, and while the host is not present in person, they are accessible for any questions. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with initial supplies provided but not replenished during your stay. No smoking or drugs are allowed on the property, and a maximum of 12 guests is permitted. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed without prior agreement. Parking rules must be followed to avoid towing, and guests are asked to respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited, and any damages should be reported immediately. Violation of rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and potential fines.
