Living room, dining room and kitchen on one side of the apartment with workable small French doors in dining that lead to the hallway with a bedroom on each end. Both bedrooms are large and have built-in storage and lots of windows. The kitchen has built-in pantry, plenty of cabinets and counter space. The stacked washer and dryer are tucked neatly behind the kitchen. The back door has a screen door with hook and eye latch and leads to the large well-maintained back yard. The back yard is shared with the upstairs tenant. There is a shed that can be used to store bikes but it is not waterproof. Pets allowed with non-refundable pet fee. $300 for dog. $200 for cat. Only 1 pet is allowed. The dining table and chairs in the photos can be used if desired or can be removed. The owners do not accept vouchers. Owner pays for water.
