The neighborhood looks a bit run down in places and a lot of the houses need work done. Overall this place was clean on the inside, and had definitely been fixed up recently. The backyard still needs work though. Nice new appliances in kitchen. New countertops. Small bathrooms. Not worth 3,000 a month for us personally, but it IS San Francisco...so. Might be the best you can get for your money. We are going to continue our search.
Management
We met someone there, but we weren’t sure who they were. Very nice gentleman, but when asked about the lower apartment, he said that he wasn’t sure what price they wanted to list it for at the moment. Whoever we met was very friendly!
