With an open-concept layout, a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious bedrooms, this home is perfect for any visit. Family-friendly and pet-friendly, this house ensures you feel at home. Enter through the front door using a digital keypad to find an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining room on the main floor. The living room features a sofa, a futon, and a large Smart TV, while the kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and dinnerware. Two dining tables are available for meal times. Upstairs, you'll find all four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one room has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and the final bedroom has a king bed. A grill is available for use in the backyard. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. The neighborhood is primarily composed of active and retired military families, making it a perfect family spot. While Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, driving is encouraged for getting around. The house has a digital keypad at the front door for access, with the code provided upon check-in. Check-in is flexible after 3:00 p.m. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge will be incurred if there are signs of smoking. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without a refund. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Excessive trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge for third-party removal.
