This rental is located in South Wind, an active 55+ adult community that includes full access to club house amenities such as a heated pool and shuffle courts! The home comes fully furnished and is located just minutes from the Pinellas Trail. All South Wind residents, including renters, are required to pass a background check and occupants must be 55 or over. Rental durations must be at a 6-month minimum. Rent amount is negotiable with year-long leases. Pets are allowed with an additional non-refundable deposit and added monthly fee. We do not allow smoking indoors. Utilities are not included.
