     Property

    Awful. Carpets, linoleum, and toilet seats need replaced. Cabinetry and appliances old, dirty,etc. Whole place needs re-painted and re-grouted. Entry way is scuffed and dirty. Setting is lovely. Would not touch with a barge pole.
