The living room area is cozy with accent chairs, and a couch that opens into a queen-size sleeper. Entertainment is at your fingertips with Roku-enabled TVs, Hulu Live, and speedy Wi-Fi. The full kitchen is stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and more. Coffee drinkers can enjoy either a regular drip coffee maker or a Keurig machine. There's seating for 8 around the table and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. A full-size washer and dryer are available in the laundry room near the back door, with an ironing board and iron provided. Beach towels, a pack and play, kids plastic dishes, cups and silverware, a high chair, and baby stair gates are also provided. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Up to 2 pets are allowed with a required pet fee. Located in the desirable Crystal Beach neighborhood, this home offers a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf of Mexico from the back balcony and is a short walk (approximately 500 ft) to public beach access. Most local destinations can be reached by golf cart, and there are many other beach access points along Scenic Hwy 98 that can easily be accessed by golf cart. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Pets must be house trained, are not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this. Guests are expected to clean up after their pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed. Events and parties are not permitted.
