     Property

    Property was well taken care of. There were a few carpet stains and scuffs on the wall, but the landlord assured us that it would be cleaned as soon as the current renters are out. The area is very appealing; access to many restaurants and gym within walking distance. Landscaping is well maintained. Landlord was very kind and not pushy. Gave us as much time as we needed to check the place out

     Management

    He was very kind. As mentioned, not pushy at all; gave us plenty of time to view property. Informed us that he is the private owner and is looking for long term renters. Very laid back and accommodating. Also, responded quickly and professionally to any inquiries I had about the property, costs, lease, etc
