The term is one year which converts to a flexible month to month lease thereafter. Last months' rent and refundable deposit (equal to one month's rent) due at move in or via interest-free payments over as many as six months.
We consider applicant groups not exceeding four adult residents (though two might be better in this smaller space). Tenant pays utilities (except internet), and must obtain renter's insurance (around $12/month).
