This unique area just below Snow Summit is so very special that $1,800 is a great deal for a unique Long Term match! So I may take a little longer and screen applicants more thoroughly than other Land Lords. You can request a longer term Lease beyond the 1 Year to lock in this current price of $1,800 / $1,750, but not a shorter term under 1 Year Lease.
The Close Up Pictures of the real Hardwood flooring are some of the known marks / scratches / discolorations. The Hardwood Flooring is staying. I have replaced it in another unit and like the real thick real wood flooring better, but it does have a few marks.

The current Carpet is a Light Grey low flat shag carpet. The past tenant picked it out and I must admit the light color does make the rooms seam lighter and brighter, but it does get dirty in the rugged, dirty Mountain Environment. If it is replaced it will be a medium shag brown or dark grey color. I recommend to keep the current carpet and save the $50 per Month and buy several throw rugs with colors and patterns you like. The additional $50 pays for the carpet in about 4 years and repays landlord for the two weeks or so without rent. It has been taking 2 weeks or so to get new carpet installed lately. It is much easier to put in new carpet without any furnishings of course. Maybe instead of waiting to move in until after the new carpet, the new tenant could move in with just a bed and a few things, then move everything else in after the new carpet is installed.

Any pre-approved pets are $35 per month per pet with an additional $450 refundable cleaning / carpet deposit due before move in.
