Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in outdoor areas, with a fee of $300 charged for each room that has smoke odor. Parties are strictly prohibited, and if a party takes place, you may be asked to leave immediately with no refund. A $200 extra cleaning fee will be charged if additional cleaning is required due to excessive mess or damage.
