She responded to our communication in a timely manner. She arrived on time and showed us the townhome. She answered any questions that we had. She was accommodating in meeting with us on our timeline.

Property
It was cold walking into the home. I understand keeping the heat down but we definitely felt it was cold as we entered. The room on the first floor was listed as a bedroom but did not have a big enough closet. It could be used as a different workspace. We did not care for the white built-in shelf in the bathroom or any of the others. It was hard to get passed the white stove with the stainless steel refrigerator and microwave. The living room space had a lot of light, was open, and had a good amount of space. The flooring was nice but they should have replaced the carpeting on the stairs to match the wood planks elsewhere. The master bedroom had plenty of space and the walk-in closet was a good size. The two other bedrooms were decent in size but the closets were a bit on the small side. The townhome did smell a bit strange once we entered. Not what we were expecting.
