Hoping for a couple or single tenant, to use the guest bedroom as a spare/guest bedroom/ office. Although we have had 2-3 renter previously. Some grocery stores that are walking distance are Trader Joe's, Ralph's, and target. Plus so many amazing restaurants are walkable; Puesto, Pesto, Lazy Dog, and Mendocino Farms. Owner pays for water and wifi. Electric is covered by renter. Deposit is 3,000. Due at signing. Dogs are okay but we hope they are kind, not loud, and not destructive. (New remodel) Non smoking house. One parking spot is assigned in the shaded and gated lot next to the unit. Street parking for all other guests or residents. Garden area in back can remain lush but will need watering. Otherwise prior to move in I can change to drought resistant landscaping. Lease duration - August 10 2025- 6 month to one year lease.
