The downtown location is probably the best attribute of this apartment, being so central, in a historic neighborhood, and so close to one of the most charming and vibrant streets in Boston, which is Charles Street, but on a very quiet street. There is virtually no street noise in the apartment. Beacon Hill is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the United States. It is full of history and charm. It's cobblestone streets, gas lamps and flower boxes on the windows make you feel transported to another era. The apartment is on a very quiet street, but steps to vibrant Charles St. where there's everything you could possible need - fine dining, wine tasting, gourmet grocery store, boutiques, oldest post office in the country, pharmacy, UPS store, hardware store, art/map galleries, yoga studio, gym, etc. IMPORTANT NOTE If you'd like to send me an inquiry or tour request, kindly let me know the moving date and rental period that you have in mind - I don't schedule tours without this information, as it is important to make sure that the apartment will be a good fit first. If you tell me a little bit about yourself / reason for moving / or send me a link to your LinkedIn profile, it will denote it is a serious inquiry, and will also help me discern your inquiry from those from scammers. Due to past experiences, I don't reply to generic tour request inquiries without a personal note. Also, I don't list my apartment on Craigslist - if you see it there for a lower rent, it is a scammer who is using my photos and asking people to wire a deposit - it is a fraud, please beware. All utilities and wifi included in the rent. NO-SMOKING policy on apartment and deck
